Mitesh Patel is the Founder of ScaleWise Consulting, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting business owners across accounting environments, operational management, and commercial advisory.
Holding a Master of Accountancy from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University, Mitesh began his career in public practice where he progressed from Graduate Accountant to Practice Manager. During this time, he worked closely with business owners, accountants, CPAs and CAs, gaining extensive exposure to business operations, compliance frameworks, client management, and firm-wide planning.
As Practice Manager, he oversaw operational workflows, staff training, client coordination, and performance management while supporting businesses through growth and operational challenges.
Since 2019, Mitesh has also operated a finance business assisting clients with residential and commercial lending solutions, providing him with practical insight into the commercial realities faced by growing businesses.
Through ScaleWise Consulting, Mitesh helps organisations implement structured systems, improve operational efficiency, and build sustainable growth foundations.
